We are so preoccupied with work, family, and everything else that finding time for health and fitness can seem daunting. This is the problem Jennifer Nolty had before joining True Core. She knew her health and fitness was important and she had to make time for them. Jennifer tried trackers and food journals, and while they were useful for a while, they didn't aid in the process long term. It became overwhelming for her to try to figure it all out on her own. There was no accountability, no one to check in with, no one to cheer her on or coach her through it.
Jennifer's engagement in True Core’s Transformation program made a huge difference in her life. The coaching has been unique, particularly with the workouts that fit into her schedule and her physical needs; she enjoys the variety of the workouts because she is not doing the same thing over and over again. The coaches are able to push her and help keep her accountable. Jennifer appreciates the help she is receiving. She feels like she belongs to the community. She has more stamina and energy. It has helped her to be more focused mentally, as this is a very stressful time of year for her at work. Jennifer has gained confidence, and she's realized that it's not always about the number on the scale. It's about what she can physically do, being more adaptable, and continuing to grow through all of it.
Our days are often so jam-packed with obligations that making time for the gym or meal prep seems impossible. However, maintaining a balanced, health and fitness regimen, is essential to strengthen your body and benefit your mental well-being. Jennifer believes that health and fitness should be viewed as an investment in oneself. Let us help you gain that perspective also!
