There are a lot of things in life that we can't control. But one thing that we always have a choice in is how we react to the challenges that come our way. It seems like people are looking for something more, searching for a way to make a difference and use their time on this earth in the best way possible. We all have the power to do something great, not just for ourselves but also for others. It’s finding our purpose in life and using it to make a difference that makes us truly happy.
The same thing happened to Aline prior to her becoming part of True Core. She felt that she was falling into depression when she had suffered a tremendous loss. She prayed for guidance to figure out how to help herself and also help others, which ultimately led her to True Core. Aline started her journey with True Core without any background knowledge of CrossFit and hadn't been physically active for years. So working out with no idea of what she was doing was intimidating at first but it didn’t deter her. The mental health benefits of being active and having a community that felt like a family helped Aline focus on something other than the sadness she had going on in her life.
We all want to feel like we matter and that our lives have meaning. For some, finding their purpose in life comes easy, but for others, it can be a challenge. The good news is that there are many things you can do to help find your purpose, even if you don’t know what it is yet. By taking time for ourselves and exploring what brings us joy, we can start seeing a path emerging. And once we know our purpose in life, finding ways to help others along their own paths becomes easier. Yes, you might stumble along the way, but that's okay. Don't let your challenges hinder you from being your best self. Just keep getting back up and moving forward.
