True Core has a wonderful community, and there are numerous ways to work at your own pace. There is always something to learn from others in the class, no matter what level you are at.
Most people join such programs to lose weight or live a more active lifestyle; however, Andrew Fuller joined True Core not to lose weight (though that is a nice side effect), but to become stronger. He didn't have any issues with himself or his physical appearance; all he wanted was to be able to participate in a community environment and compete with others and himself on a daily basis. He felt great to be a part of True Core and build friendships that exist outside of the walls of the gym.
It was his first time participating in a CrossFit-style workout program, which was very different from his previous fitness journey, which had always been in a sports team or a big box gym. Thus, Andrew felt that it is just more of a community with real relationships than what you get in a big box gym. He also notices significant improvements in his strength and conditioning, making True Core something he looks forward to each day!
True Core workouts are varied and challenging, which means that there's something for everyone to enjoy. The community aspect is what keeps people coming back day after day, week after week - it can be tough at times but you know you have your teammates with you every step of the way. Once you start to get more comfortable with your surroundings and people, you will find that there is a community waiting for you and that was Andrew found in True Core.
