What’s up, guys? This is Coach Karen here. I’m giving you some tips on daylight savings time.
We have an extra hour at night but we lose that hour of sleep and for a lot of us, that really messes us up. So the important thing is to keep on a good nutritious eating schedule. Whatever schedule you had before, it is important that you adhere to it even more now. That means laying off the alcohol and the caffeine for a few days after daylight savings time begins just so you can get your body back on its regular rhythm of sleep and making sure that you are eating nutritious foods to keep your energy levels optimal throughout the day as you continue to adjust.
And always remember to exercise. Exercise is even more prudent during this time so make sure you get your workouts in and make sure you keep the consistency and keep going with the effort.
